Our Beliefs

The Trinity

2 Corinthians 13:14

We believe there is one God who exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

God the Father

We believe God the Father is the Creator and Sustainer of all things. He is perfect in love, justice, and mercy. He made us in His image and desires to have a relationship with us.

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He lived a perfect and sinless life, died for our sins, and rose again so we could be forgiven and restored to God.

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is God who lives in, and empowers believers.
He reveals Jesus, leads us into truth, and brings conviction, new life, and ongoing transformation.

Scripture

2 Timothy 3:16

We believe the Bible (Old and New Testaments) is the infallible and inspired Word of God. It is the final authority for what Christians believe and how we should live.

Salvation

Ephesians 2:8

We believe salvation is a free gift of God received by grace through faith in Jesus. It involves repentance, new birth, and a transformed life.

Atonement

Romans 6:23

We believe Jesus’ death on the cross paid for the sins of the world. Those who trust in Him receive forgiveness, healing, and all that God has provided through His sacrifice.

Spirit-Filled Life

Galatians 5:25

We believe that the baptism in the Holy Spirit, subsequent to conversion, releases the fullness of the Spirit and is evidenced by His fruit and gifts. We believe in a life of ongoing surrender, spiritual growth, and the active presence and power of the Holy Spirit.

The Church

1 Corinthians 12:12

We believe the Church is the body of Christ—made up of all believers—called to worship God, grow together, and share the gospel.

Baptism

Romans 6:4

We believe in water baptism as an outward expression of inward faith. Baptism is not salvation but is the next step of obedience for all believers.

Communion

1 Corinthians 11:26

We believe communion is the sacred act of remembering the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. We reflect on His body broken and His blood shed for our healing and the forgiveness of our sins.

Marriage

Genesis 2:24

We believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, created by God. It reflects Christ’s love and commitment to His people.

Final Judgment & Eternal Life

Revelation 22:12

We believe Jesus will return. There will be a final judgment, and each person’s relationship with Him will determine their eternal future. God will create a new heaven and a new earth for those who belong to Him.
